Sophia Perez is the founder and CEO of Virtue Beauty. She has had a passion for makeup ever since she was a young girl and as she grew she realized skincare is just as important. While receiving her bachelor’s degree in marketing she realized how tough it is to keep up with an extensive skincare routine and still manage to do your makeup right after. She saw a solution for wanting to feel her best but having minimal time. This is when the creation of Virtue Beauty came to life. It was the perfect medium to having an all-in-one skincare and cosmetic solution while also having safe environmental practices.
Penelope Garcia is our Cosmetic Chemist for our company. Penelope is one of the key employees for Virtue Beauty, her work consists of developing formulas for our products to ensure we are putting forth our best for you. She received her master’s degree in Cosmetic Sciences at San Diego State University in 2018. She previously worked at Shiseido as their lead cosmetic scientist for four years before joining our team here at Virtue.
Leyla Asad is our Marketing Director; she oversees all marketing aspects of our company. Leyla graduated in 2019 at USC with her master’s in marketing. She previously worked for Sephora as their Marketing director before she made her decision to join us. She has a unique approach that has led her to be very successful here at Virtue Beauty.
Luca Bottega is our head of Finance at Virtue Beauty. He has previous experience in accounting at KPMG as well as Google. Luca is excellent at strategizing and is the leader of our companies’ financial operations to create long-term success. His role is vital to ensure the longevity and sufficiency of our company.
